You have won half the battle of losing fat if you can avoid the foods that I had mentioned above. Foods that are packed in a box are usually processed. The media sometimes provide us with wrong information to trick us into thinking processed foods are good for health. But they are not giving us accurate information and we need to exercise good judgment ourselves.


Foods like white bread and cereals are thought to be healthy. However, they are processed food that are not ideal for weight loss. Even bottled fruit juice are not considered as healthy food because of the insane amount of sugar in it.

To lose fat fast, you need to pick food that are in its most natural form. The least processed the food, the better it is for you.

Examples of refined carbohydrates include white bread and pasta. These are processed foods that will convert into glucose in your body. This will cause sugar spike in your blood level and you will start to suffer from cravings. When you are trying to lose weight and your belly fat, the last thing you want is to have cravings for food.

Soft drinks contain lots of sugar in them. They are your nemesis in your quest to lose belly fat. What To Eat Instead

1. Natural foods 2. Protein 3. Complex Carbohydrates 4. Healthy fats 5. Water

Find foods that are as natural as possible. For example; Fish, chicken, beef, pork, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds etc.


These are non processed natural foods. They do not contain sugar and chemicals that can inhibit you to lose weight.

Include protein into your every meal. Protein will have a thermic effect that will cause your body to use more energy to digest it. Your body will spend more energy to digest these foods. When your body spend more energy to digest the foods, the more weight you can lose in the process.

Instead of consuming refined carbohydrates, include more complex carbohydrates such as fruits, vegetables and wholemeal foods in your diet. These foods will not cause your blood sugar to fluctuate and you will not suffer from cravings and hunger pang.

Eating healthy fats can also help your body to burn fat faster. Most people shun from fats and they ignored the fact that there are good and bad fat. Your body need healthy essential fat to operate efficiently. Healthy fats also help to keep you full and it can prevent cravings. Healthy fats also support many important functions in your body.

Keep in mind to drink plenty of water too. Keep sodas and sugary drinks away and keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water everyday. Buy yourself a water bottle. I have a 1 liter water bottle and I bring it with me everyday when I go out. I refill it twice a day and it I get at least 2 liters of water everyday.
